94 4runner lift ideas

I am fairly new to the 4 wheel drive scene and have many questions for the veterans.
I own a 94 4Runner 3.0 AT 4x4, and am in the process of making it into a decent trail truck for what I can afford. The first question I have has to do with ground clearance. For a tight budget, what would be the best way to successfully lift my toy 2-4 inches?
I am sure that the question has been asked before, but any input would be great.

I have some mild lift ideas below:

If you combine say a 33" tire (2"-5" taller than stock) with an inch or two of lift you would have a decent setup.

there is a thread on here somewhere with all idea for lifting a 2nd gen just search for it, it has lots of pics of what you might be looking for in terms of height and ground clearance and also has plenty of set ups.

BJ spacers, FJ80 coils 2" BL and new shocks! 33s or 35s and it flexs out in the rear like crazy as well as the front gets a little more travel.

OK, first, you're already undergeared stock - so factor in regearing FOR SURE if you go with bigger tires.

Want ground clearance? Bolt on some 33x10.50's and spend the money on stuff that will actually help you offroad - namely gears, lockers, and armor.
