OME 882s or Tundras coils on a stock double cab?

Ok guys so I know there's been a lot of questions on this (and I've read a ton of them) but nothing specific to a stock double cab Tacoma. I'm not trying to clear tire height (for now) and I don't have CV joints, I'm just trying to lift and stiffen my front end a little but still keep a comfortable ride. I know a lot of places seem to recommend the OME 882s for a double cab but what's your guys' personal experience been? (to stiff?) If you recommend the Tundra coils what's with all the different colors? Also, I have 38,000 mi. on the stock shocks so I don't think they need replacing but will I need to with after market springs? I'm only looking for 2-2.5" of lift but Id rather stay away from the spacers... Will I have any problems with like camber, brake lines or anything just doing the springs?

Thank you!!!!
