86-95 Total Chaos Kit Coilover question

I was wondering if anyone knows if FOA's will work with the Total Chaos Long Travel kit? I don't see why not, and I've heard a lot of good about FOA's. And I'm assuming I'd run an 8", TC recommended 8" King's or Fox.

Sure you can use FOAs. just check the compressed length, extended length and that the inserts can be had for the right size bolt in the shock eyes. I know they make shocks which will work, just make sure you get all the correct parts. Probably best to call and talk to a dealer when you order if you're getting new.

Yea I gotta call and get my valving worked out. But I compared lengths and the FOAs are half an inch longer then the kings and half an inch shorter then the Fox. Happy medium? If assuming if Fox and king work then anything in between will as well. All the mounting stuff is the same.

Check the tc website, they may ask for 10 inch kings and 8 inch foxes. Can't remember.
You can always strap up it if shocks are a bit short.
