4.70 case gear noise

4.70 case gear noise
Just installed 4.70 gears in my case,I just got it back in and everything shifts great and it pulls like a mule but I have a rattly sound in 2wd,hubs unlocked between 20-30 mph.below or above those speeds and its gone.with the hubs locked in 2wd it does not make the sound either.hate to pull it all back down but might have to.
