oh so that means that my claipers might be smaller and these rims might fit..corrct?

No, From my understanding 98 and up have bigger calipers, 2000 and up have 16" wheels instead of 15's. You have the bigger calipers and the smaller wheels (15"), making fitment of some aftermarket wheels an issue.

the rock crawlers i got form 4WP did not fit. i am thinking about ordering from wheelers offroad . they only have 4 inch backspacing in stock, is that alright if i get htose? any rubbing issues??? also where did everyone on this board that has rock crawlers get theres????

Not real sure on the Wheelers rimz but I've alwayz liked those more than the 4wpw ones, even though I bought mine @ 4wpw.

I think most peeps get the AR black wagon wheels. I forget the model numba though. I don't like those though. I think the blue and red pin stripe around em makes em look...well, fagidy. (no offense to you homos out there!)

J/K! but I don't care for the AR rimz stripes at all. Go wheelers. IMO they are the coolest lookin' black steel rim. (but my opinion and a nickle will get ya....jack squat!)
