Other than putting Chevy 63's on my rear (that sounds bad) 1986 4runner, how would 2nd gen 51' ride on the rear ? I'm thinking my rears/pack up front and the 2nd gen rears out back.

Thoughts, anyone ? Looking for a smooth ride like the 63's with better flex in my rear (man that sounds bad).

you're obviously talking about TRUCK generations, not 4Runner generations, as 2nd gen 4Runners have coil springs in rear.

The whole reason to do 63's is FOR flex, not for ride.
Longer spring = better flex

To do rears up front, you have to use elements from multiple packs, just moving the springs from the rear of your rig to the front won't support the weight of the engine/tranny.
