Hope you got you flamesuit ready;20" wheels on 4Runners don't go over too well on this board which is primarily 4wd guys and 20" wheels are useless on a Runner but IMO if it's a 2wd then have a ball.

I have them, I love them. The fill the wheel well, and have a much wider stance, which takes the 4runner away from that Montero skinny look.

The only problem with them is the tire pressure sensor. The out side part of the sensor has a metal washer, and it doesn't sit flush on the rim so the rim, slowly leaks.

Now the new 2005 Tundra's that come with the 20's from the factory, have a different size sensor, with a a rubber washer on the outside ro prevent leaks.

Does any one know the part number or have this new sensor.

Those do look really nice. I think they're the only big rims i've ever liked on a runner.

Too bad I don't think they'd look as nice on my 02. the 4th gens are more angular. My 02 has too many kickin curves to rock those i think.

Toyota does not offer a 20" factory wheel. The 20" wheels you see on Tundras at the dealer are actually installed at the distribution center. The Gulf States distribution center adds a lot of mods that Toyota does not offer. These mods are they are being sold as Toyota parts even though they are not. The bad thing about the Gulf State options is it may not be warrentied by dealers outside the Gulf States.

Did you know toyota bought every single pair (in 6 lug) that Enkei made after they decided they would put them on Tundras? Enkei then custom fitted every single one of them to fit over the bigger hub. Thats why I came here to look for them, cause 80% of stored dont have them, unless they got them before Toyota did.

I don't doubt that the only place to get those specific 20" Enkei wheels is from a Toyota dealer. I was just pointing out that they are not actually a Toyota factory option. The Gulf State distribution center is a family owned business (sorry, can't remember the name) and not owned by Toyota. What happens is Toyota ships their vehicles to the distribution center, the distribution center then adds what ever mods it wants then ships them to the dealers. The dealers then market the mods as Toyota parts, even though they are not. Toyota has been trying to buy out this family for years.

PS-I have seen the 20" Tundra rims on eBay.

enkei also makes a wheel that looks similar called the Deep six. check ebay, i just bought a set of the tundra 20" wheels directly from enkei on ebay. the toyota dist. here is southeast toyota, from what i was told enkei is not supposed sell these wheels to the public, but since southeast toyota has an overstock they are able to sell on ebay. id hurry, because they only have limited sets and they were selling for 785.00 buy it now.

This is for the rims alone. I paid $1400, including tires, installation, and road force balancing.

The cheapest Ive found them was 999 for JUST rims at a shop about 7 hours from here. So if I can find them for 785 id take them.
