I have a 01 toyota tundra trd 4wd and i'm to cheep to buy a lift. What is the amount of lift that the stock coilovers give when you crank them all the way up. I'm not look for hardcore off-road. Also what is the steps to cranking the coilovers.

How many inches is it to make it level with the rear. I see some front coil spacers for the tundra that are 1.25,2,2.50. Witch is the best and the cheaps.
