Question squeaky slave cylinder, cracked rubber boot

My 03 tundra, 125k miles, is very squeaky in wet weather whenever I push down the clutch pedal. Recently I was flushing the clutch fluid and I saw the rubber boot on the slave is completely cracked and rotted around the bottom. whenever the person inside the cab pushed down the pedal, it would completely expose the rod inside. I need to know if there's any way I can replace just the rubber boot, without taking the whole dang thing apart, and if I can just shoot grease directly on the rod while someone pushes the pedal to lube it? ill attach pics if I need to.

Prolly not, but a whole new slave would probably be cheaper. Greasing it would only trap sand and such in there and make it blow out
