Solenoid welded, or look elsewhere?

I too am troubleshooting my '04 Sequoia's starter issue. It began with the same "single click/wait/start normally" routine I've had on my other Toyotas, but now the thing immediately begins cranking whenever I try to reconnect the battery. Anything I'm missing here before I pull the manifold to access the starter? Thanks for the great post with pics and tip about not having to crack the cooling system! Have done several solenoid contact replacements on various Toyotas with great success and little $$$.
