Question Sell Sequoia 4x4 or Keep and Upgrade?

I have a 2002 SR5 Sequoia 4x4 with about 45,000 miles on it in stock condition. i have had a few issues with the VSC computer going out and luckily Toyota repaired it for free. I do use my Seq 4x4 when I go hunting and when I take the family to the mountians. My Seq has performed great in the mud and snow when going off road.

I am thinking of selling it and getting a 2006 Tacoma DC SB 4x4 with the TRD Off Road package. It did not have VSC, Trac, curtain airbags, climate control like my Seq but I still liked the Tacoma. The Taco I saw was going for $25,800 which is $1000.00 under invoice. Dealers are dealing on 06 Tacos!

Should I sell the Seq and buy a Tacoma Double Cab or keep it and do some upgrades?

I appreciate your opinions.

I prefer the Taco because it's a lot more agile compared to a Seq or Tundra.

IDK man, depends on what your gonna need it for. The sequoia is gonna be more comfortable then the taco, but the taco is gonna probably get you a lot more places the your suv. And if you get the double cab, you can still take your family up to the mountains in the snow and all that so... hard for anyone else to say really.

But IMO, I would much rather have the taco, and if they are starting to deal on them which I see they have, then maybe try and go for one of those. Especially now that they are a mid size, which still gives you plenty of room.

Go for the taco. If I had more money I probobly would have gone for a DC taco than the 3rd gen 4runner. Maybe. They are both cool vehicals. The taco is deffinatly a more versitile vehical over the sequoia.
