I've got a 2005 Double Cab Tundra 4wd SR5 and my drivers seat is considerably higher than the passenger seat. If I put the seats equally upright, the drivers seat is at least 2-3 inches higher. The dealership wasn't aware of this for 2005 and said they were only aware that the drivers seat was on a different track system. I've never ever seen in any vehicle where the drivers seat was higher than the passenger seat. If you own a 2005 D-cab, can you see if your seats are like this. Thanks for any input on this matter.

 

Oh my, I feel like an idiot. I just discovered a handle on the side of my drivers seat that actually jacks up my seat up or down. I've never heard of manual seats that can go up or down...but I'm much happier now.
