Anyone have this problem before?

My MIL code reads PO770&PO773
Just woundering how I can trace down the exact solenoid that is malfunctioning. '95 T100 3.4L Auto tranny. Also, how to find the exact part# as I hear the very from truck to truck? Is replacing solenoids a tough job? Anyone done it before? I saw a post stating it was easy but...I ain't no mechanic, just crazy enough to try.
thanks
g
