High Beam/ Driving light override How?

How can you disconnect the driving light ( 2 lights mtd. down low)/ high beam override ? I would like to be able, in certain conditions to have the max driving light or lights when needed. If you have you driving lights on and flick on your high beams your driving lights will go out till you go back to normal headlights. My truck is a 2000 4wd tundra
Thanks

so, you mean the FOG lights in the bumper on your 96+ 4runner are only working when you have the low-beam headlights on and you'd like to change that so that they will work when you want them to and NOT go off when you flip to brights?

if so, here's the writeup for you:
