HELP, tick after timing belt replacement

I have a 2005 tundra 4.7. Just replaced the timing belt, water pump, tensioner, idler, harmonic balancer, thermostat and serpentine belt all as preventative maintenance. Truck was quiet as could be before. Now there is a very loud ticking sound that seems to be coming from the injectors. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or will the computer eventually correct a timing issue by itself ?

If its a slight ticking noise, perhaps checking oil level. Too low and that can be one of the noises. Easy remedy.

Of course it can be something else.
