Flexplate replacement?
Guys/gals -
Great board you have here. Hopefully, you can help us out.
I have a buddy with a flexplate that is cracked. They are quoting $900. I'm a wrenchhead, myself, but on Jeeps.
Sorry.... but, nonetheless, he's a friend, and I'd like to just fix it myself.
How hard is it to change out a flexplate on a 99 Tacoma V6 4WD TRD? $900 seems overly-outrageous to me.
