Back lights on dash.

I just picked up a 2005 4WD Tundra SR5.

The home link on the roof console are all light up except for the right two buttons.. those are obviously out.

However on the center of the dash, the two buttons on the right (cargo light and rear defogger) do not light up at night when the lights are on. The light showing that the button was selected do, just not the back light.

I assume these two buttons have a back light just like all the other buttons on the center of the dash. Are these two buttons supposed to have a back light?

Also, all buttons on the left of the steering wheel are not light up (power mirrors, rear sliding glass etc) none of which are back light. Are they also supposed to have a back light?

So no one on this forum owns a tundra and can tell me if the cargo light button and rear defog light button are back light?

Not the same year, but I have an '08 Tundra and the cargo light button isn't back-lit. I don't have a rear defrost button
