Automatic Headlamp On/Off Control?

Hi All,
Anyone know if there is an aftermarket automatic headlamp control? All my other vehicles have it, and I am forever leaving the headlights on.
Thanks,
Russ

Sorry, I actually thought this was just a Tundra Forum. Anyway, it's an '06 Tundra Limited Double Cab.
Thanks,
Russ

I thaught that the tundra limited had auto headlight control. They turn off after a certain amount of time after the door is shut. From factory it is something like 30 seconds but can be adjusted. All the instructions are in the manual.

Yes, they shut off when you open the door, but if you come back the next morning for example and start the car in daylight, they will come back on if you haven't turned them off manually. Also if you use the keyless entry to open the door and then relock it, they will stay on. I would like to install the same kind of auto sensor that came with my Highlander Limited. I had assumed, wrongly as it turns out, that the Tundra Limited had the same feature.
Thanks,
Russ

The truck does have daytime running lights. the lights will only come on if the truck is started & the e-brake isn't applied (that is the switch for the daytime lights). When you close the door whith the truck off it will start the timer( if the switch is in auto mode). Then they will turn off. How long have you waited for them to turn off. Did you look in the manual about adjusting the time or changing it to nil?? The tundra should be the same as all the others. Look in the book & let me know. If not then I will look in mine.

There is a settable Light OFF Delay Time. Default is 30 sec. Dealer can configure to 0/30/60/90 sec.

Hi,
Thanks for the input. My truck doesn't have daytime runing lights, or any timers I can find. Nothing in the manual. What I'm talking about are sensors that turn the headlamps on and off at dusk and sunrise, so you don't have to turn them on and off manually with the switch every time you drive in the dark. My Ford and Highlander's headlamps will come on by themselves if you are driving down the road and it gets dark enough, and turn off when it gets light.
Thanks,
Russ
