2002 Tundra sub and amp

I drove a Chevy Suburban with 2x12"s over the summer, so I'm looking in to buying a sub and amp for my 2002 Limited Tundra. I know it won't come close to the suburban, but i want to get as close as I can given it's limited space (and my wallet). I've seen the JL Audio stealthbox with 10W3v2-D2 sub, which is a bit pricy ($500). And for an amp, i've been suggested the JL 250/1 ($350), but would like more more wattage for the sub. So basically the JL 500/1 ($525). Is there that much difference in the amount of bass produced between these two amps? Maybe another (cheaper) amp would work just as fine?

There's also the option of enclosing a 10" sub under the rear right seat. But I like the idea of the Stealthbox raising the middle console to produce a better armrest. Plus, from the looks of the install instructions, I could install the stealthbox myself and reduce labor charges. Would there be any noticable difference between these two locations?

Thanks for any suggestions.

I run a bazooka 10" behind the drivers seat and get plenty o' bass. I run it with a single 200w kenwood. This cost me less than 500$ and rocks . You should check out Tundra solutions . com and look at their audio page those guys have all the info you need!!
