03 Sequoia Dead in the Water

I have a 2003 Sequoia SR5 4x2 with 95K miles. Over the past year or so, it seems to run a little rich when cold, but no check engine light. Thurs night it had a little trouble starting so my wife shut it off so she could show me the hard starting. After that, it would not start period. Cranks but no start, could smell raw gas, but no leaks. I let it sit about 90 minutes, then I was able to get it to reluctantly start. I let it sit and idle for 30 minutes, ran fine but the check engine light, VSC and trac off lights on. I took it down the street slowly, ran fine. turned around and accelerated 1/2 throttle, pulled fine through first and half way through second, then it flat quit and hasn't started since. Pulled the codes, P0354 & P0357 (no IGF on #4&#7). The coils all have power 9.6v cranking and 12.6v not cranking. Pulled #1 coil, spark present. Swapped #1 & #7 and #2 & #4 coils, still throws P0354 & P0357. Checked IGF1 & IGF2 at ECM, 5.03V. Checked harness for open & shorts on IGF and IGT, no issues. Timing belt replaced 2K miles ago, all factory parts. Checked belt tension, all good. Checked compression all OK. Could smell plenty of fuel in the cylinders. Sounds like the timing is way off when cranking. Sometimes a cylinder sounds way advanced & thestarter bogs down, other times I hear a cough through the intake. I'm thinking my computer is wigged out but I hate to gamble on an $800 item. Has someone had a similar experience with a bad sensor like the crank trigger causing these kinds of issues?
