02 Tundra O2 Sensors

02 Tundra O2 Sensors
I just bought a 2002 Tundra TRD V8 and the guy installed dual flowmaster exhaust. The check engine light is on and my mechanic buddy said the code showed 3 O2 sensors were coming up. My buddy said it was highly unlikely that all 3 were bad and it may be a back pressure issue. It seems to be running fine. Can I leave it alone or will I have future issues? Any help greatly appreciated.
