00 tundra manual 4wd swap, ratio questions

hi yall, I got an 00 tundra 4.7 auto rwd extracab
I have an R150F out of a 98 tacoma and conversion bellhouse, pedals and ebrake assembly from a manual tundra
tomorrow I am going to get the front diff, cv axles, front and rear driveshafts (to fit and modify) and im having major trouble with ratios
I called toyota and gave them my vin they told me I have a 3.909, but the door jamb code says A01A, which means the guides online are all wrong?
I need to find a correct guide somewhere so I can get the right front diff from a tacoma or 4runner (more common)

also with the manual I want the longest final drive to make up for the shorter V6 gears
also also also, apparently toyota has a 3.909 and a 3.916 out there.. for some reason... how bad would it be to combine those?
