the automatic tranny and the gas powered engine don't thrill me, but ya it is pretty clean. probably the biggest benefit of living in canada is having easy access to BJ60s.

thanks. i've owned it for about 6 months now. I wasn't even actively looking to buy a cruiser when i bought it. a friend was wanting to buy a heep and i was trying to convince him to buy a cruiser so he started looking casually at them. he found this one and we went to take a look. i gave him first dibs on it but he didn't want it because the only top that it has is a beat-up soft top (hardtop and doors had been recently stolen apparently). the truck has 99% no rust and no checkerplating which up here is almost unheard of. I paid $5300 for, then sold the wheels and 33x15.5/15 swampers that it came with for $900 and bought an almost new set of 32x11.5/15 bridgestone M/Ts for $400 and mounted them on a set of wheels i had lying around, so basically I paid $4800 for it - canadian

super clean trucks can sometimes mean they are hiding a problem that wont presnt itself in a super just cleaned appearance... not saying it doesnt look good, i would jsut be weary.... $8k for a 16 year old truck! dang! my sisters civic is a 1999 and it was $9k, and honestly, her civic is awesome and we could still probably sell it for close to what we bought it for...
