Question Rear brakes inside pad -

Just changed out the inside padd on my rear disc brakes - the outer ceramic pad was perfect - but the inside was all but gone - I am thinking that there is a hang up in the emergency brake not releasing correctly - anyone else have that problem?

What are you running for rear brakes? Eldo calipers? Single or double piston calipers? Any pics of how they are mounted? It sounds like the caliper is not floating on the mount pins

Single piston Eldo calipers - they seem to be floating on the mounting pins - however when I changed out the pads I realized that the piston needed to be turned counter clockwise to return the piston to the original position - I am wondering if when the emergency brake is engaged - the pistons don't retract because they need to turn? Make sense - I will post a picture - as soon as I get the truck up on jacks -

Thanks
Jeff
