Classic Cruisers in Salida, CO?

Has anyone had any serious engine work done by these folks? I know they've been in business awhile but I don't seem to be able to much good or bad about them.

Thanks!

If you're in Colorado, I would only trust Proffitts.

I dealt with that other one many moons ago, and wasnt impressed... But that is only my one time experience.

I've heard that they are way overpriced and their work isn't too impressive. I would go elsewhere

Thumbs down Classic Cruisers of Salida Stinks

I have had experience with Classic Cruisers and would not recommend using them.
Bought a conversion land cruiser from them and it was a piece of crap!
1) They would not stand up to their representations. A rebuilt engine was supposed to be put in the vehicle, it wasn't. Have proof if you need.
2) A monkey could have done a better job with the electrical work. Have proof if you need it.
3) Based upon my terrible experience, I would strongly suggest not doing business with Classic Cruisers of Salida.
If you do, here is what will likely happen to you.

I live in colorado and have purchased a lot of parts from them. Never had a problem. They are very knowledgeable but not the cheapest. glen and meril have always treated me good.
