buying a 69 fj40 questions?!

ok Im buying a 1969 fj40 landcruiser from my friend and I was wondering what a good price is for it here are some pics I took of it. the motor is running fine and everything works.

If it has minimal rust, and seems to run fine, the $3000 - $3500 range would be the most to spend IMHO. $2500ish is just about right because for a little more money you could get a mid 70's and have disc brakes, rear heater, more powerful motor, etc. It kinda depends on what they go for around you. I paid $4200 for my '70, but it had a lot of extras including a '68 parts rig. (So let me know if you need any parts )
