Long list of those...

--Head Gasket can be an issue, but not much to do to prevent that, so just keep an eye on it.
--PHH (Pesky Heater Hose): A term for a 3 inch hose that is a pain to replace but if not replaced can leave you stranded.
--Birfields: Keep them greased and they should be good.
--Propeller Shafts: If you do your own maintenance, make sure you grease them... if someone else does it, make sure they do it.
--Motorized Antenna: Often breaks... bring it down before you run into tree branches :-)

Your 94 should be good for lots more miles if you keep on top of any problems that surface.

Check the newbie faq at www.sleeoffroad.com . There are a few things to keep an eye on (mentioned in the previous post), but they can still be rock solid at 200k, I sold my 93 FZJ80 w/200k on it, it didn't have any issues outside of routine maintenance during the 20k miles I owned it. FYI-FJ80 is 91-92, 93+ are FZJ80.

What Lance said. Mud is a great source of info for your 80.
