Its electric 4x4, selectable locker, hi/lo 4wd, functional lights, fully waterproof, etc.
Looks like a super fun truck. A bit expensive though. I think they go for about $500. But I plan on getting one eventually. Can't beat a hi/low 4wd, selectable lockers, and the unlimited abundance of Traxxis replacement parts

I'm sure it won't be long before everyone has them and will be competing with them. And I can only imagine how fast your bro's Rustler is. I don't think I would ever need something like that haha. I'm actually looking at the Slash right now. . .

I did too before I saw the Summit.
I like the Traxxas version better because you have two gear ratio's which opens up a whole different kind of driving/terrain.
The Axial's are pretty awesome though, I have yet to see a good vid of them.

I bet its fun, but, Traxxas doesn't have the best parts!

They may not have the best parts but you can get them practically anywhere. A buddy and I had some Team Losi's one time and our hobby shop was always running out of the parts we needed so we'd have to wait for the order to come in. With Traxxas, practically any part we break he has in stock so there's minimal down time
