Trekker back 1/2
yep .. It's finally official . We have started the "build" of the moulds for the Trekkers .
as you may have already read , I drove to get our last and final trekker of the original 3 purchaced way back when .
into the shop today , we started the teardown and it went quick .. I had previously chopped off the canopy , as we already produce this part and didnt need it .

the teardown is now complete .. and time to start on the moulds .
Just a point and pic .. as to why we dont use any steel inbedded into our products .

there normally is a 10G piece of steel in this gap for "strength" (I guess) it's rusted and disintergrated to nothing , and I can Promace , MOST trekkers on the road today , if taken apart will look EXACTLY like this .
I do know back then they didnt have the same materials as we do now , so , NO steel rienforcements in our products ...
how I did my own Trekker

we will be building simular to this
