Fabricated CNC Knuckles

Our Fabricated CNC Knuckles feature precision-milled steering arms, crafted from a single piece of billet steel using computer-controlled technology. This precision ensures the exact steering geometry required for integrating our oversized 200-series Land Cruiser MarRack steering rack, which is mounted in a new position on the frame, guaranteeing unmatched accuracy for superior steering performance and driving feel.

Additionally, our patented steering geometry utilizes longer than stock steering arms, providing increased mechanical leverage for more steering power as well as a reduction in stress acting upstream on all steering components and rack-to-frame mounts. Double-shear steering and ball joint connections secured with 5/8" 1-Ton hardware ensures unmatched safety. Each Knuckle weighs more than twice as much as stock, providing unmatched strength.




Fabricated Lower Control Arms

Engineered for the toughest environments, our Fabricated Lower Control Arms feature full-length 1/4" steel bracing for maximum strength and durability. With industry-leading ground clearance and a patented 2-inch forward geometry, these LCAs allow fitment of up to 39" tires without the need for body mount frame bracket modification, depending on application.






Fabricated Upper Control Arms

With matching 2-inch forward geometry, our Fabricated Upper Control Arms are also built with full-length 1/4" plate steel, delivering strength where it’s needed most. Includes an adjustable ±1° caster design ensuring compatibility from small lifts to those exceeding 5 inches.
