My '86 2wd pickup

Hey all, ive been trolling on this website for some time now and i finally decided to sign up so here i am. I just got handed down my dads beloved 1986 toyota 4 speed mini truck. It has about 86k miles on the original stock 22r.

Future plans include a little body work to fix random dings here and there, Repaint OEM color, clean up the interior, Reupholster the bench seat, Cluster swap to one that shows RPM's??, Dual shallow 10' subs behind the seat, upgraded deck/door speakers, and hopefully find a way to static drop it a couple inches. Not crazy low, just something to reduce fender gap while maintaining a stock like ride.

Well yeahh, let me know what you guys think. Any comments or concerns are greatly appreciated

No worries, from your post it looked like you wanted to hear from other members.
I would love to have a low mileage truck like yours especially with gas skyrocketing ...

Yes sir, this truck came at a perfect time. Ive been forced to Daily our 2500HD Silverado for the last month or so since the cable tranny in my Honda gave out. It was supposed to be a quick fix but due to no luck finding a hydro tranny its taken longer than expected. I really like this truck though and might even end up getting rid of the honda to keep this as my daily

What wheels are those? I'm trying to look at what other 2WD guys have done for wheel options.

Summit sells wagon wheels like that. I have some 16s on my 92 4x4.
