I need to replace the brake cables for my 2WD 8" rear axle. The axle came from an 86 truck, but i am not sure if it was long or short bed, it was not on a vehicle. The brake lines were cut. I ordered a set from Rockauto and when i received them, the bolt flange to the backing plate was not correct. It is hard to see in the pictures on the website. Is there any information out there about what the differences are between parking brake cables for the 2WD toyotas? This is the two individual cables that meet with an equalizer at the frame. I just need to know what year or option i need to ask for when ordering new ones.
