2wd Crossmember nightmare

I have a 1994 22re 2wd that I just replaced the timing chain/etc on. I dropped the front crossmember the get at the oil pan, and now I can't get that bad-boy to bolt back in. I've managed to get the bolts through the outer holes on the crossmember, but I can't get the inner bolts through.

It looks like the inner bolt holes on the crossmember need to come up about 1/8" to meet the holes on the frame. What can I do to get it all to line up? I haven't tightened down the other bolts, I've tried jacking and lowering the truck, beating on it all with a mallet, and even running a cargo strap around the front wheels to pull the suspension in.

I've google'd this, tried searching the Forum here and dug through every FAQ I can find. Please, for the love of all that is holy, help me get this thing back together!

Thanks swampfox! I spent a few minutes staring at it, picking my head when I realized I had it in upside-down. So yeah, four days of misery easily avoided by thinking for a few minutes. Got it all back together and running. Now to fix the blower...
