We'll I finally got around to installing my Aisin Manual locking hubs. My hubs are factory off a 3rd gen pickup. There not all that pretty due to grease and grim. But they are really smooth working hubs. I'm hoping that these will help me out on gas a little. When the weather gets pretty and I clean my truck up I may remove them and re paint them if needed.

Time for a Update....
Ordered a few parts today
5" suspension lift kit
Cold air intake
New exhaust system from manifolds back
1" wheel spacers
All four factory Balljoints (expensive)
My 35" (315/75r16) tires are bought, mounted and balanced but not installed. I went with the new MasterCraft Courser MXT's
Tomorrow I will be ordering my Steel to build my Custom 5' bed.... Can't Wait for stuff to arrive!!!!!!!!

however sky's off-road carries lift springs for the T100 so those will be my future plans.I'm into this truck now for around $4000.00 including everything I've ordered today. It still looks like a POS tho lol... Once my bed and stuff is built I'm going to paint it. Unsure of color yet tho. I'm thinking of keeping the factory color.

Mines no different then yours. I only gave $1000.00 for my truck so that helped a lot too. I'd have way for then that In it but I work at a salvage yard part time that has 5 T100's so I get a lot of my replacement stuff for free. I've even added stuff to my T100 that it didn't come with from factory. I just can't wait for my bed... I'm more excited about replacing my bed more then anything else.

We'll today went well..,
I received the rear section of my lift so I installed it. Of course it's just blocks so not really a hard nor long job. I was really disappointed to find out that my driveshaft was 3" to short. Summit never said anything about that. I though I could bolt it on and go. Guess not. So I spent the evening extending my rear driveshaft. Sorry guys I have no pics of doing it. I was so irritated and trying to find a solution was killing me. If you guys are familiar with the slip yoke section of the driveshaft then you will understand what I'm going to describe.
I only had 1" of shaft slid up on the driveshaft. This gave me a extreme vibration. So I used a old front driveshaft and cut 3" off the slip yoke shaft thingy. I then slid it on the driveshaft then I slid my existing yoke piece onto it. I then shoved them together and welded them up. I don't it that way so I new that no matter what is be perfectly straight. I then removed it grinded the welds down and reinstalled it. NO MORE VIBRATION AND PLENTY OF SHAFT TRAVEL IN AND OUT.
Tomorrow I will receive the front and get it installed giving me a total of 6" lift front and rear.

Sounds good glad you got some of it done. That sucks about the driveshaft being too short but glad you used some "murican" ingenuity. I've been meaning to ask what is the front lift. Does it drop the front suspension or what does it do.

The front end consist of a few cross members and two large spindle drop brackets. Basically I'm dropping the entire front end 4". The upper a-arms do not move tho. They stay in there factory positions. The front diff and lower A-arms are the only things being dropped. The steering stays in the same position as factory. This is achieved with the spindle bracket.

Oh by the way. A 3.4 with the Automatic tranny has a front driveshaft that is about 3" longer then my stock driveshaft. I already have one if those so I won't have to make or adjust the front driveshaft. It's just a simple swap.

10-4 I know exactly what you mean now. Should look wicked once it's done. Decided on a color yet for it. If you go satin or matte a tan or od green would look very cool. Or if your going gloss maybe red or blue.
