No 4hi

Hi all.

I have a 98 v6 auto 4runner with factory elocker (limited trim)

July 2022.
my 4hi stopped working.
2lo with or without the locker works.

This is what i have verified.

-transfer case actuator works. jumped it.
-replaced t-case actuator after verifying it works. jumped it. (i thought it would fix it since the junk yard one i installed is way younger and in much better shape and rust free)
-checked continuity on all 4 sensors that looks like a ball valve. all 4 are good (ADD, 2 on t-case, and the one in the actuator)
-continuity on 4wd button passed.

This is what i noticed that failed. When i press the 4wd button, the 6 pin harness doesn't get 12volts to send to the actuator. on my 98 the fuse is good. But i cant find the relay, if there is one. Its not by the front right passenger door hinge. any clues? Thank you for reading.

Lets rewind 30 days. June 2022.
When it first started failing i let it sit for 2 months (all april and may), then drove it to stretch its legs and it was stuck in 4hi. ( i was driving home when my dumbass pressed the button to 4hi at a red light and remained stuck in 4hi even after i depressed the button)
it handled the drive like a champ, no clicking or anything. the tires did not like it at all. got it home, did the rodeo with the 4wd and transfer case button and shifter
attached is my original t-case actuator. over 300k miles. (it has been replaced with a working unit from a 97 with 200k miles.)
and finally got it to 2hi. and never worked after that. this was with the original 4x4 actuator that i later discovered was rusted and contaminated with water. i do offroad twice a month.

If anyone has wiring diagram that can send it my way, that would be super. I want to trace the wiring from the 4wd button to the 6 pin harness that connects to the 4x4 actuator.

Where is the female end of your actuator wiring plug going to? I apparently am missing mine (someone did some at home wiring before I bought it)
