yep a 315/75-16 is a 35in tire or 315/70-17 if your running 17in wheels is a 35in

What's the model number of the cobra CB radio? I want to install one as well in my 4runner.

not sure of the model number but you can purchase them from walmart. I run one in my jeep and the 4runner. No complaints other than the fuse holder falls apart so do yourself a favor and cut it out and replace with a quality fuse holder.
