Bummer dude. Looks like its time for a belly plate to cover the whole thing! Nothing like armor as theft deterrent. Damm, this means now I will need it as well since i also park my truck outside

I still can't believe these f in g bastards are still getting away with this as well as stealing copper wire (shaking fist).

These dudes are pros nowadays I'm sure and could definitely get that thing before you knew. They do it in broad daylight.

I wish lol. Ya it was across the street from my house never heard a thing, the house it was closer too didnt hear anything either thing is they didnt hit mikes and its less than 20 feet from my truck so im thinking they will be back again for his. By the sounds of it they are really quick have reports of about 27 stolen just here in Roseville this month.

Im thinking the camera system would be a cool idea I had plans to install one for rock crawling and a backup cam when I put a shell and spare tire on the back for now trucks going in the Garage going to clean it out this weekend

Same here, but I think we both live in the boonies compared to matt and mike, it's easier for thieves to go to large subdivisions and make multiple thefts rather than going to a large property and burglarizing one vehicle.

How hard is it to get a junkyard cat?

Matt & Troy: Its all about City life vs Country life. You seriously need to watch your possessions when you're in the city. Hell, I was in sacramento city and stopped to grab a chipotle burrito at like 10:30 at night on a friday, parked in closed parking lot, but the dry cleaner was closed, and I figured, eh i'll be gone for 5-7 minutes? yeah... right... came back out and my truck was towed, had to pay 200 dollars to get her back that night. Most expensive burrito ever! There's just entirely too many people that want to F you over for their own benefit in the city. Thats why country life is far more preferable, especially with me. Atleast in the country, everyone knows everyone and wouldn't screw you over on the account of a fast buck. not to mention, if i lived out where you guys are, my truck wouldn't look so out of place cruising down the road. heh

hey, what'd you end up doing for your replacement CAT? my buddy's cat just got jacked on Saturday night off his 98 Tacoma in Natomas. His was at least unbolted instead of cut off, so I suppose that's a slight positive.

What are you gonna do for anti-theft? i told him to get a skidplate that covers everything up. I think he's pretty sold on the idea and might get a BudBuilt or go custom after we hear back from some fab shops with pricing.
