YOUR dream road trip

I am just curious as to where you all would go on a trip if you had the time and money. Has to be (mostly) driven though.

Mine:

Mapquest link was from NYC to Barrow, AK.

Mine's pretty similar. Up to Mt. McKinley

And then on the way down, make a more easterly route and go down through Montana and Idaho and Colorado on the way back... Hope I can do it someday

I will do it one day, granted I live to retire. I maybe own a mobile home and do it.

Cross-country, and up the ALCAN to Alaska, return southward by car ferry, and back by a southerly route! Someday . . .

My dream road trip would be from chile to alaska, I think that'd be sweet. But it'll take me a while to be able to afford that.

id like to go up to nova scotia, i hear they have ferries that can take u to ireland. from there, its quite easy to get into europe, and id love to do a trip thru europe into the mid-east, IF there wasnt any tension in that area, and maybe go into africa.

Leave Alabama, hit Tellico in North Carolina, GWNF in Virginia, Rausch Creek and Paragon in Pennsylvania, cross over into Canada. Drive all the way across Canada and on to Alaska. Explore Alaska for a while and then come back through Washington, Oregon, go see the Redwoods in California, wheel the Rubicon while I'm there. Then hit Arizona, Utah, and Colorado. Next on to Arkansas and see the Ozarks, hit the Suprelift ORV Park and eventually on back to Alabama.

This is definitely only a dream-that would take about a year.

Bah...that's what i have to say about volcanoes...Rainier could go up, too... We should get a PacNW Yota caravan to drive up to Alaska sometime soon...that would be so freakin sweet.

I decided I'd also want to drive up to Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories

I'd love to explore Baja Mexico.

I'm very much jealous of you guys living in the Southwestern borders states. I've seen some intersting websites and beautiful pictures of the area. I've been there a couple of times while staying in San Diego, but I was a passenger.
