Talking yet another '03 question....

How many of you '03 guys have the sunroof spoiler? I don't have one and since I have no hair, I don't really need one, but I can tell it blows my wife's hair around a good bit. What are your thoughts on these?

Like the rear spoiler, I wouldn't go without one. Not only for the functionality, but also the appearance.

I presume you mean the external wind deflector.

The 2003 models have an integrated wind deflector that has two levels -- one for speeds up to 55 mph, then it lowers at 55 mph to reduce the wind noise. It goes back to the low-speed setting at about 45 mph.

I found the integrated wind deflector caused a whistling noise, so I bought and installed the external wind deflector (remarkably easy to do). It stopped the whistling, but has a different noise at 25-35 mph.

I think the external wind deflector will help with the wind a bit, but won't eliminate it.

That is what I figured. I had one on my Maxima and really liked it. I figured it would be about the same. Thanks.
