I think I'm gona give the Engine RX thing a shot, where can I get some and about how much are we talking here. If I could just prolong it I would be happy, give me a summer full of full time hours and I can easily put away, 5 or 6K. I might give my mechanic a few days with her and see what he can do in the way of cleaning her out a bit to give me time. I can tell she's have'n probs. b/c she starts kind rough and there is a constant tick, like a valve is stiking and if she sits for too long when I start her up there is a hige puff of blue smoke, leaky seals and oil gettin into the chambers is what I'm thinking with that one. But I wouldn't mind getting anoter 3rd gen 4x4 this time and just swithching over all my mods. Jut as long as I don't get upside down in my loan. My main thing right now is, make this one last as long as possible and stash some summer cash away for either ew engine or new Runner, whatever the cheaper option is. Thanks EVERYONE for your help and suggestions, you got me out of F'n up and get'n a 2nd gen that I would have ultimatly regreted. No offense to the 2nd gen crowd though, the 3.4 and 3rd gen lie style has just won me over pretty heavily now.

Only place to get it I know of:
http://www.auto-rx.com/
Ideally, cleaning what you can get at (major sludge-valve cover, pan) first would probably not hurt.
