Would a Camry electric fan work?

I was eyeballing the mother-in laws Camry V6 today thinking I could use the heads and noticed it has an electric fan. Can this be used instead of the Taurus fan or is there a reason that it can't be used?

Take some measurements! And remember the bigger the better, you want as much air moving through that thing as possible
