would a"pro comp" pre runner bar made for '93~'98 ford ranger fit on a '94 toy 4x? sorry to use the f word!

No.

Those kinds of things are designed to match up with specific holes on a specific frame. You may be able to get a 90-95 4Runner one to fit but not one designed to fit a Ford.

look like they bolt on/

i saw a picture of it and it looks like it bolts straight on to the front bumper. but maybe you're right. thanks!
