My 97 tacoma has a problem with the wiper and washer. The wiper comes on and will stay on for long periods. It runs at normal speed, only when the ground or air is wet or it is raining. The wiper washer will not pump fluid. Where is the pump motor on this thing? I think it is an electrical ground issue, but cant find the problem.

 

Washer pumps are usually at the bottom of the washer bottle, Don't know about Tacos but the 4Runner ones are down on the passenger side right in front of the wheel. Could be spray from the road is causing a short.
