Will a 96 4runner air box fit in a 2000 4runner?

Will a 96 4runner air box fit in a 2000 4runner?
since my deckplate went to hell and i chopped out the whole front of my air box i was wondering if i could just swap my air box with the one off my hopefully new rig so it will be one less question to be asked/ or one last reason to not buy the car.

You need one that is 98 or older.

um my moms friend gave me a bunch of taps from her old restaurant 2 years ago and then one day i unscrewed the metal insert in the tap and screwed it on in the 4wd shifter. it works like a chram. check my page for pictures
