That is Josh's (Phalanx) truck, and yes an All-Pro bumper. If you like that style look at Marlin's or Bigrocks. I think they are much better for the same $$.

I was gonna say, not custom, but an All-pro. I like Big Rock's bumber a lot.

I had mine made by a fabricator here in town. I looked at the ones available and did not find the perfect design.
