White smoke

Was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue.

I have had white smoke out of the exhaust for like two years.
the smoke is constant at start up and less so when warm but still there.

When it's cold out it's just constant white smoke but not like plumes. Dissapates after like 10 fr

I have had

Minor coolant lossNormal oilNo loss of powerNo loss of oil
new rad last yearValve cover gaskets replaces last year.

I topped up the coolant cause I noticed it was low. Then it dropped to the same low point. I did this for like two months.

It doesn't seem to be coolant loss into the motor it seems like I'm losing it elsewhere till it levels out. Doesn't make sense.

I stopped topping it off and am not losing coolant just sits at the same level ( half way between H and L) but I still have white smoke.

It's done this for two years so I doubt it's a head gasket.

Any help with would be great
edit 97 4runner with 3.4

Just keep monitoring the coolant level, and keep driving it.
You give no info about engine type and truck model
