Whistle noise from motor?

Whistle noise from motor?
Ok. My 85 4cyl efi motor on 4runner makes a loud whistle at idle. I cant pin point it. It just whistles and whistles. What can it be besides a belt? It is in front area of the motor

maybe one of your components thats spun with a belt has a bearing thats going bad.............perhaps an idler pulley?
