While the engine is apart...
I have 90k on my 1997 SR5 and plan on replacing the timing belt etc.
Wondering what else should be replaced, and where to buy...
Thinking of the following...
water pump
tensioner
idlers
crankshaft seal
cam seals
Can anyone offer suggestions on what to add/delete from this list, and where I should buy???
Thanks

thermostat
thermostat gasket
waterpump gasket if nonRVT using water pump
some RVT for the water pump and anything else that might need it
new coolant
new belts
new hoses
box of NITRILE GLOVES (a total god send if you have to go to work the next am)
24"-48" breakerbar with 1/2" or bigger socket drive.
SST to hold crank (or a chain wrench and old belt and piece of old tire to protect crankpully)
check oil pressure too before diving in. If under 4psi at hot idle replace oil pump, at 3000rpm you should have from 40-80psi iirc.
