Where can I get this trim piece? (97 Limited)

Where can I get this trim piece? (97 Limited)
The drivers side power seat switch cover (beige plastic) fell off and is MIA. Now those ugly black plastic prongs are exposed.
Anybody have one lying around they can sell? Or have a good hook-up to purchase one?
