where can i find these mirrors? (pics)

Well atleast a driver's side one..its stripped and yes that is a ziptie holding it up...heres a pic of my rig as a whole also i dont think ive posted when otherwise. The mirrors are toyota mirrors but they had no idea where they were from at the stealership

i'd say they are factory. My '88 has them too and they have Toyota logos on the mounting brackets. Might have been part of a towing package.

im sure they were part of a yota towing package but the hitch tat my truck came with is all rusted out and is compltely useless now ..oh well i dont really tow stuff anyways..i guess i have to go and get the stock mirrors now. is it possible at all for me to get a power passenger mirrior?

Those mirrors are not stock on a 1989 4Runner. They came stock in early model pickups, as a "value package" However, since the 4Runner was the upgraded "SUV/Luxury/nicer" toyota, they put on the black or chrome 2 hole mount mirrors. In 87 They switched mirror styles, and all 87+ 4Runners came with the new style mirror (2 hole mount, not 4) and were available chrome and black. I see 2 possibilties: #1 someone mounted after market mirrors (they are called swingouts btw) or #2 someone mounted factory swingout mirrors from a truck.

I realize that some peoples 88 pickups have those swingout mirrors, but remember guys, just cause your pickup has it now does not mean it was factory equipment for your year.
